INDUSTRY – 4.0 Awareness Program: No. 37
The 37th Program in the series was conducted at Kalasalingam University, Srivilliputhur on 17th February 2018. Madurai Productivity Council had organised this awareness program as part of their “Productivity Week Celebrations”. The theme of the Productivity Week was “Industry 4.0 – Leapfrog Opportunity for India”.
There were 335 students from all Engineering and Science disciplines of the University. Dr. Thiruvengadaswamy HOD Mech introduced the speaker Mr. C. V. Gowri Sankar to the students and guests. The session was well received by the students, staff and the guests; the videos shown and the explanations given were well appreciated. Many students interacted with the speaker even after the program was over. The students and staff wanted NIQR to organise a full day seminar on Industry 4.0.
