Mr. Shekar Rangarajan – Thought Catalyst

He is an Mechanical Engineer and Management Graduate from IIM Bangalore. Starting his career as a Junior Engineer , Enginners India Ltd., ( 1972-1974), , he moved to sales and marketing positions – Asst. Sales Officer – Indian Petrochemicals Corpn. Ltd., ( 1976 –1980), Area Sales Manager – Vikrant Tyres Ltd., ( 1980-1983) , Divl. Manager (marketing) – Escorts Ltd. (1983-1988), General Manager (Customer Satisfaction & Quality) – Modi  Xerox Ltd., (1988-1996),  Sr. Vice President  - GE Capital Services India Ltd.,  ( 1996-1997), Director Quality, Citibank NA (1998-2000), Executive Vice President , Polaris Software Ltd., (2000-2006) and founded SHEKARSAN in October 2006 –  a consulting boutique specializing in personal and organization transformation.
